猪眼外直肌生物力学性能的实验研究

【摘要】:用Instron5544万能材料试验机对猪眼外肌样本进行单轴拉伸实验,获得相应的应力-应变关系曲线,然后用Mooney-Rivilin和Ogden超弹性模型对实验数据进行非线性拟合。利用得到的Mooney-Rivilin和Ogden模型的材料特性参数,在ABAQUS软件中建立有限元模型对眼外肌进行模拟,以验证Mooney-Rivilin和Ogden模型的材料特性参数用于数值建模的合理性。将模拟结果与实验结果进行比较,发现Mooney-Rivilin本构模型比Ogden本构模型更适合于描述眼外肌的小变形行为。
[Abstract]:The uniaxial tensile test of pig extraocular muscle samples was carried out by instrument 5544 universal material testing machine, and the corresponding stress-strain relationship curve was obtained, and then the experimental data were fitted by Mooney-Rivilin and Ogden hyperelastic model. Using the material characteristic parameters of Mooney-Rivilin and Ogden models, the finite element model is established in ABAQUS software to simulate the extraocular muscles in order to verify the rationality of the material characteristic parameters of Mooney-Rivilin and Ogden models used in numerical modeling. By comparing the simulation results with the experimental results, it is found that the Mooney-Rivilin Constitutive Model is more suitable than the Ogden Constitutive Model for describing the small deformation behavior of extraocular muscles.
