烧结温度对羟基磷灰石靶的影响

【摘要】:为研究烧结温度对羟基磷灰石靶的影响规律,把纯度为99%的羟基磷灰石粉末压制成圆盘形的靶后,在氩气中分别在600℃、700℃和800℃高温下进行烧结。用X射线衍射仪和X射线光电子能谱仪对未烧结和在不同温度下烧结的羟基磷灰石靶进行检测。检测结果表明;烧结温度对羟基磷灰石靶的结晶度和组成元素没有显著影响。但是随着烧结温度的升高,羟基磷灰石靶的平均粒径和钙磷比值都增大.800℃高温烧结的羟基磷灰石靶具有更好的生物相容性、生物活性和稳定性。
