结合心理图的血压测量装置与算法
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of dynamic and continuous blood pressure detection, a wearable real-time blood pressure measuring device is developed on the basis of realizing automatic sphygmomanometer based on oscillographic method and exploring the blood pressure detection method combining electrocardiogram and infrared pulse wave. On the basis of obtaining synchronous ECG signal and infrared pulse wave signal, a method based on slope threshold method to extract the main wave of ECG and the fastest rising edge of infrared pulse wave signal is given to calculate the pulse conduction time. The pulse conduction time-blood pressure model was established to estimate the blood pressure. This method has been used in wearable wireless physiological characteristic detector to dynamically monitor the changes of systolic blood pressure, which provides a reference for exploring a better and more effective noninvasive continuous blood pressure detection method in the future. The experimental results show that pulse conduction time has a strong correlation with systolic blood pressure, but for diastolic blood pressure, the effect of the model is not ideal. At present, the model only considers a single parameter, whether or not it is necessary to introduce other physiological parameters such as height, weight, heart rate and so on, is the next place to continue to study. In addition, the influence of all kinds of sudden interference and abnormal electrocardiogram on feature detection needs to be analyzed.
