均匀降解镁合金JBDM支架通过动物试验

【摘要】:正据《中华商务网》报道,中国和美国的科研人员合作研发的Mg-Zn-Zr合金支架名为JBDM,已于兔子血管中连续试验16周,不但降解速度均匀,而且仍能保持结构完整。可降解的镁-锌-锆合金可应用于生物组织工程和医疗设备,比如心血管支架。采用这种合金支架不仅可以避免对假体取出的第二次外科手术,也可规避永久性植入物的长期异物
[Abstract]:According to the China Business Network, the Mg-Zn-Zr alloy scaffold, called JBDM, developed by researchers in China and the United States, has been tested in rabbit blood vessels for 16 weeks, which not only degrades uniformly, but also keeps the structure intact. Biodegradable magnesium-zinc-zirconium alloys can be used in biological tissue engineering and medical equipment, such as cardiovascular stents. The use of this alloy stent can not only avoid the second surgery for the removal of the prosthesis, but also avoid the long-term foreign body of the permanent implantation.
