基底形貌调控水滴蒸发模式及其钉扎力和金属针和激光针刺激对人体皮肤电阻的影响

  CHAPTER 1: 水滴在固体表面蒸发的过程中存在三种蒸发模式:恒定接触半径模式、恒定接触角模式和混合模式。从1977年发现这三种模式开始到现在,一直有许多研究来尝试着解释这三种模式出现的原因和三种模式间相变的原理。不幸的是,至今为止,这些模式的机理还是一个存在争论的问题。而且,很少有工作对于固体基底表面的形貌对蒸发模式的影响做出解释。 在本文中,我们将定量地引入钉扎力并建立模型,以求对水滴在固体表面蒸发模式的机理做出一个解释。我们将在球罐高度逐渐增加的PDMS(聚二甲硅氧烷)球罐微米三角阵列上,用水滴蒸发和接触角缩进的方法进行试验,以验证我们理论的有效性,并研究固体基底形貌对蒸发模式的影响 CHAPTER 2: 众所周知,人体穴位处的电学性质和非穴位处是不完全相同的,例如穴位处有较低的电阻抗和较高的红外透射率。但是,在针刺的情况下,这些性质会如何改变却不是十分明确。在本工作里,12位志愿者(9位男性,3位女性,平均年龄25.3岁±0.4岁)将参加金属针和激光针对穴位点以及对应非穴位点的刺激,以研究针刺对人体皮肤电阻的影响。实验表明,金属针和激光针的刺激都会显著的降低人体的皮肤电阻。...
