【摘要】：正中耳乳突相关结构的重建对恢复中耳功能,改善患者术后生活质量起重要作用。随着相关材料学方面的发展,不断有新材料应用于中耳乳突功能的重建,但自体材料因无免疫原性、不产生额外费用、易于塑形、术后效果稳定等优点,在临床实践中仍占重要一席。自体乳突骨皮质在绝大多数中耳乳突术前都保持完整或相对完整,然而行完壁式或开放式乳突根治或乳突探查术时却常常被磨除或弃用,造成不必要的浪费。充分利用自体乳突骨皮
[Abstract]:The reconstruction of medial otomastoid structures plays an important role in restoring middle ear function and improving the quality of life of patients after operation. With the development of related materials, new materials have been used in the reconstruction of middle ear mastoid function. But the autologous material has no immunogenicity, no extra cost, easy to shape, stable effect after operation and so on. Autogenous mastoid bone cortex remains intact or relatively intact before most middle ear mastoid processes.
