TGF-β1及VEGF在初复发翼状胬肉组织中的表达

【摘要】：目的:通过研宄初发及复发性翼状胬肉组织中组织转化因子β1(TGF-β1)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达情况,以及二者之间的相关性,本实验旨在探讨TGF-β1、VEGF在翼状胬肉的发病及复发过程中的作用。方法:本实验收集了翼状胬肉患者30例,其中初发者21例、复发者9例以及正常鼻侧球结膜组织8例。使用苏木素-伊红染色(HE染色)法显微镜下观察组织形态,免疫组织化学法(Elivision法)检测TGF-β1及VEGF翼状胬肉组织和正常球结膜组织中的表达情况。比较两因子在翼状胬肉组与正常结膜组的表达是否有显著性差异;在此基础上进一步比较这两个因子在初发性翼状胬肉组及复发性翼状胬肉组是否存在显著性差异,并分析TGF-β1及VEGF表达的相关性。结果:组织学观察显示翼状胬肉组织上皮层及上皮下组织均可见纤维组织增生,新生血管丰富,周围伴炎性细胞。免疫组织化学结果显示:TGF-β1、VEGF在翼状胬肉有明显的阳性表达,而在正常球结膜组织仅有少量表达。30例翼状胬肉组织中,TGF-β1、VEGF阳性表达率分别为63.33%、70.00%;而在8例正常结膜组织中的表达率仅为25.00%,12.50%。TGF-β1在翼状胬肉初发组和复发组的阳性表达率分别为57.14%,88.89%,VEGF在翼状胬肉初发组和复发组的阳性表达率分别为57.14%,100%,均有差异性(P0.05)。统计结果显示:在翼状胬肉组和复发性翼状胬肉中TGF-β1、VEGF的表达呈正相关(P0.05)。结论:TGF-β1、VEGF在翼状胬肉中均为高表达,在复发性病例中此种高表达更显著。TGF-β1、VEGF复发性翼状胬肉组织中的表达存在明显相关性,提示它们在翼状胬肉的发病及特别是复发过程中存在起重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the expression of tissue transforming factor 尾 1 (TGF- 尾 1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in primary and recurrent pterygium and the correlation between them. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of TGF- 尾 _ 1 VEGF in the pathogenesis and recurrence of pterygium. Methods: thirty patients with pterygium were collected, among whom 21 were primary pterygium patients. 9 cases of recurrence and 8 cases of normal nasal bulbar conjunctiva were observed under microscope with hematoxylin eosin staining and HE staining. The expression of TGF- 尾 1 and VEGF in pterygium and normal bulbar conjunctiva was detected by immunohistochemistry. On this basis, the difference between the two factors in the primary pterygium group and the recurrent pterygium group was further compared. The correlation between TGF- 尾 1 and VEGF expression was analyzed. Results: histopathological observation showed that fibrous tissue proliferated and neovascularization was abundant in the epithelium and subcutaneous tissue of pterygium. Peripheral inflammatory cells. Immunohistochemical results showed that VTGF- 尾 1 + VEGF was positively expressed in pterygium. The positive expression rate of TGF- 尾 1 in pterygium was 63.3370.00in normal bulbar conjunctiva and 25.000.50. TGF- 尾 1 in primary pterygium and recrudescent pterygium respectively, and the positive expression rate of TGF- 尾 1 in 8 cases of normal conjunctiva was 25.000.12.50. TGF- 尾 1 was expressed in primary pterygium and recurrent pterygium. The positive expression rates of VEGF in the primary pterygium group and the recurrent pterygium group were 57.14 and 100, respectively. The statistical results showed that the expression of TGF- 尾 _ 1VEGF in pterygium and recurrent pterygium was positively correlated with that in pterygium. Conclusion the expression of TGF- 尾 _ 1VEGF in pterygium is positively correlated with that of recurrent pterygium. Conclusion the expression of TGF- 尾 _ 1 VEGF in pterygium is positively correlated with that in recurrent pterygium. All of them were highly expressed in meat. The overexpression of VEGF in recurrent pterygium was significantly correlated with that in recurrent pterygium, suggesting that they play an important role in the pathogenesis of pterygium, especially in the recurrence of pterygium.
