益生菌和免疫治疗对变应性鼻炎患者外周血Treg的联合调节作用

【摘要】:目的:通过检测参与本实验的变应性鼻炎患者外周血中CD4+CD25+Treg细胞在外周血CD4+Treg细胞中的所占比(%),进一步比较和探讨口服益生菌和特异性免疫治疗在治疗变应性鼻炎中存在的联合作用。方法:1.根据变应性鼻炎的诊断标准、排除标准收集符合要求的变应性鼻炎患者42例(签署知情同意书),随机分成3组:(1)常乐康组(14例):仅服用常乐康治疗,一个疗程,连续服用3个月。(2)免疫治疗(SIT)组(14例):仅进行特异性免疫治疗,治疗3个月。(3)常乐康+免疫治疗(SIT)组(14例):同时口服常乐康和进行特异性免疫治疗。实验标本为治疗前后变应性鼻炎患者的外周血标本。采用流式细胞仪测定外周血中的CD4+CD25+Treg细胞的含量,统计、比较、分析和探讨口服益生菌和特异性免疫治疗在治疗变应性鼻炎中存在的联合作用。结果:1.三组治疗后的CD4+CD25+Treg细胞含量均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2.常乐康+免疫治疗(SIT)组的CD4+CD25+Treg细胞含量明显高于常乐康组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。常乐康+免疫治疗(SIT)组的CD4+CD25+Treg细胞含量明显高于免疫治疗组,差异有统计学意义(SIT)组(P0.05)。结论:1.三组治疗后的外周血中CD4+CD25+Treg细胞含量均高于治疗前,表明这三种治疗方案对变应性鼻炎的治疗均是有效的。2.与常乐康组,免疫治疗(SIT)组相比,常乐康+免疫治疗(SIT)组中CD4+CD25+Treg细胞含量增多,表明口服益生菌和特异性免疫治疗在治疗变应性鼻炎中具有联合作用,联合作用优于单个作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare and explore the effect of oral probiotics and specific immunotherapy on allergic rhinitis patients by detecting the percentage of CD4 CD25 Treg cells in peripheral blood CD4 Treg cells. Methods 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of allergic rhinitis, The exclusion criteria collected 42 patients with allergic rhinitis who met the requirements (sign informed consent form and were randomly divided into 3 groups: 1) Changle Kang group (14 cases): only take Changle Kang treatment, a course of treatment, After 3 months of continuous administration, 14 patients in the SIT-treated group were treated with specific immunotherapy only. After 3 months of treatment, 14 patients in the Changlekang immunotherapy group were treated with both oral and specific immunotherapy. The experimental specimens were peripheral blood samples from patients with allergic rhinitis before and after treatment. Flow cytometry was used to determine the results. The content of CD4 CD25 Treg cells in peripheral blood, The combined effects of oral probiotics and specific immunotherapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis were analyzed and discussed. Results the CD4 CD25 Treg cells in the three groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment. The content of CD4 CD25 Treg cells in the Changlekang immunotherapy group was significantly higher than that in the Changle Kang group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The CD4 CD25 Treg cell content in the Changlekang immunotherapy group was significantly higher than that in the immunotherapy group. Conclusion the content of CD4 CD25 Treg cells in peripheral blood of the three groups after treatment is higher than that before treatment, indicating that these three treatments are effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. The content of CD4 CD25 Treg cells in Changlekang immunotherapy group was increased, which indicated that oral probiotics and specific immunotherapy had a combined effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, and the combined effect was better than that of single action.
