不同光照环境对幼猴正视化过程影响的研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨不同实验室光照环境(全光谱灯、日光灯、自然光)对婴幼儿恒河猴正视化过程的影响。 方法:八只平均年龄为100天(95天-105天)的婴幼儿恒河猴,被随机分为全光谱灯组、日光灯组和自然光组三组。光照之前及光照后的第二、四、六、八、十二周时重复测量眼球生物学参数(包括眼轴长度、前房深度、晶体厚度、玻璃体腔长度、角膜曲率、屈光度六个参数),用以观察各时间点各组各个参数之间是否存在统计学差异,并观察各组各参数的变化趋势。各个时间点的数据采用重复测量数据的方差分析,以P0.05为有统计学意义。 结果:光照前后各时间点各组六个参数之间均无统计学差异。日光灯组增速较其他两组快,而以第六周和第十二周增速最快。在第八周时,三组恒河猴的晶体厚度下降速度均减缓,但各组间无统计学差异(P0.05),之后下降速度增大至下降前水平。光照后,第四周时日光灯组恒河猴角膜曲率轻微上升,之后继续下降,十二周是增幅明显:第八周时全光谱灯组恒河猴角膜曲率增幅明显,之后继续下降;而自然光组角膜曲率一直在下降,降速亦无明显改变。 结论:全光谱灯、日光灯、自然光作为照明光源,三种不同实验室光照环境对婴幼儿恒河猴正视化过程的影响无显著差异。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of different laboratory light environment (full spectrum lamp, fluorescent lamp, natural light) on the emmetrization process of infant rhesus monkey (Rhesus mulatta). Methods: eight rhesus monkeys with an average age of 100 days (95 days to 105 days) were randomly divided into three groups: the full spectrum lamp group, the fluorescent lamp group and the natural light group. At 12 weeks, the biological parameters of eyeball (including axial length, anterior chamber depth, lens thickness, length of vitreous cavity, corneal curvature) were measured repeatedly. The diopter is used to observe whether there is statistical difference between the parameters of each group at each time point, and to observe the change trend of each parameter. The data of each time point are analyzed by the analysis of variance of the repeated measurement data. In order to P0.05 for statistical significance. Results: there was no statistical difference between the six parameters at each time point before and after illumination. The growth rate of the fluorescent lamp group was faster than that of the other two groups, but the fastest growth rate was at 6th weeks and 12th weeks. At 8th weeks, The decrease rate of lens thickness in the three groups slowed down, but there was no significant difference between the three groups (P 0.05), but the decrease rate increased to the level before the decrease. After light exposure, the corneal curvature of the rhesus monkeys in the fluorescent lamp group increased slightly at the fourth week, and then continued to decrease. At 12 weeks, the corneal curvature of the rhesus monkey increased significantly at 8th weeks, but the corneal curvature of the natural light group continued to decrease, and the speed of the decrease did not change significantly in the natural light group. Conclusion: there is no significant difference in the emitulization process of infant rhesus monkey under three different laboratory illumination conditions: full spectrum lamp, fluorescent lamp and natural light.
