预劈核和乳化劈核在白内障超声乳化中的应用

【摘要】：正白内障是一种常见病、多发病,同时也是一种主要的致盲病,其致盲人数占全球盲人总数的一半。随着中国人口老龄化步伐的加快,白内障的发病率仍有逐年增加的趋势,严重影响了患者的生活质量[1-2]。截止到目前为止,手术仍是治疗白内障最有效的方法[3]。白内障的手术方式有很多种,随着手术器械和技术的改进,白内障超声乳化术因具有手术切口小、手术效果好、手术时间短、术后视力恢复快等优点迅速在中国得以推广和普及[4]。
[Abstract]:Positive cataract is a common disease, frequent disease, but also a major cause of blindness, its blind people account for half of the total number of blind people in the world. With the accelerated pace of population aging in China, the incidence of cataracts is still increasing year by year. Up to now, surgery is still the most effective method to treat cataract. There are many kinds of cataract surgical methods, with the improvement of surgical instruments and techniques, Phacoemulsification has been popularized in China because of its advantages such as small incision, good operation effect, short operation time and quick recovery of postoperative visual acuity.
