一种新的声带振动模型振动产生声场的研究

【摘要】:计算机、数字处理技术的发展和嗓音医学研究的进步,使医生准确、客观、迅速的对嗓音进行检测成为可能。嗓音质量的定量评估有助于判断嗓音障碍的程度,嗓音医学的发展需要对嗓音质量进行定量评估,过去凭借主观听觉印象判断嗓音障碍程度的方法已经远远不能适应现代嗓音医学的发展要求。但目前在临床应用较少,其主要原因是部分声学参数的测量结果不能对嗓音相关病变做出诊断或鉴别诊断:疗效观察缺乏声学参数对照标准。现在尚没有对声带相关病变诊断模型的研究,亦没有明确的疗效观察对照标准。 在语音器官中,声带是最容易受损伤和发生病变的关键部位。多种因素形成的声带振动特性在很大程度上决定了嗓音音源的特性。各种发声方式、不同喉病变和病变程度都表现为不同的声带振动模式。声带振动是决定音质的关键因素,因而对声带振动进行客观评价和定量分析是一项十分重要的工作。 而以往的研究中,并没有考虑到声带的分层结构以及病理性声带的振动特性。本文针对声带的生理结构、发声机理展开研究,将声学中的换能器阵列振动理论引入到声带振动的研究中,运用换能器矩阵列振动来模拟声带的发声,主要作了以下几个方面的工作: 1、对声带的生理结构、声带各个组成部分的功能、声带的发生机理以及病理性声带的特点作了详细的阐述。 2、根据声带的振动特性、声带的解剖结构提出一种声带振动的模型,该模型可以实现对成年健康人的与病理性的声带振动特性的研究。 3、运用声学换能器矩阵列理论与数学中的微元化思想对声带振动所产生的声场进行理论分析,通过matlab模拟了声带振动模型产生的声场。得到 1)声带振动模型中近声场的对角线上的声压变化规律; 2)声带振动模型中远声场的声压变化规律,针对距离声带模型中心为R(R声带模型对角线长)的球面上的声压的变化,提出适应于研究声压变化的椭球模型。在椭球模型中,通过椭球上某一点到球心距离反应声带振动模型中该点的声压的大小。进而实现对病理性声带振动模型、不同的张开角度下的声带振动模型产生的远声场的分析。
[Abstract]:The development of computer, voice and medical research of digital processing technology progress, make the doctor accurate, objective, rapid detection of possible voice. Help to determine the degree of voice disorders quantitative evaluation of the voice quality, the development of voice medicine need to voice quality in the past with quantitative evaluation, subjective auditory impression judging method of voice the obstacle degree has not adapt to the development of modern medical research of voice requirements. But the clinical application is less, the main reason is that the measurement results of acoustic parameters of voice part can not do a related pathological diagnosis or differential diagnosis: Observation of the effect of the lack of criteria of acoustic parameters. Now there is no study on vocal related disease diagnosis model, also no clear clinical observation.
In the speech organs, the vocal cords are the most susceptible to injury and pathological changes of key parts. Vocal vibration characteristics to a great extent to multi factors determine the characteristics of voice audio source. All kinds of voice, different laryngeal lesions and lesions showed different patterns. The vibration of the vocal cords of vocal fold vibration is a key factor to determine the quality of the therefore, to analyze the vibration of the vocal cords and the quantitative evaluation is a very important work.
But in the previous study, does not take into account the hierarchical structure of the vocal cords and vibration characteristics of pathological vocal cords. According to the physiological structure of the vocal cords, the sounding mechanism of the vibration theory of acoustic transducer array is introduced to study the vibration of the vocal cords in the use of energy transfer sounder matrix to simulate the vibration of the vocal cords, mainly the following work has been done:
1, the physiological structure of the vocal cord, the function of the various components of the vocal cord, the mechanism of the vocal cord and the characteristics of the pathological vocal cord are described in detail.
2, according to the vibration characteristics of vocal cords and the anatomical structure of vocal cords, a vocal cord vibration model is proposed, which can achieve the study of the vocal cord vibration characteristics of adult healthy people.
3, the acoustic field generated by the vocal cord vibration is theoretically analyzed by using the theory of acoustic transducer matrix column and the idea of Infinitesimal in mathematics, and the sound field generated by the vocal cord vibration model is simulated by MATLAB.
