更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗眼睑带状疱疹的临床评价

【摘要】：目的评价更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗眼睑带状疱疹的临床效果。方法收集眼科门诊确诊为眼睑带状疱疹患者80例,随机分为两组:实验组40例,眼睑簇状水泡处(含前额及头部)涂更昔洛韦眼用凝胶,4次/d,同时滴入结膜囊内,3次/d,并给予抗生素眼药水及阿昔洛韦眼药水,4次/d,口服维生素B1及维生素B12;对照组40例,给予外涂喷昔洛韦乳膏,3次/d,同时滴抗生素眼药水及阿昔洛韦眼药水,4次/d,口服维生素B1维生素B12。两组用药时间均为3周,分别于治疗前与治疗后7、14、21 d随访观察患者症状与体征、病程的变化情况,评价临床疗效及安全性。结果两组患者的一般情况、年龄、病程、治疗前病情评分等的差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。实验组治疗7、14、21 d后的病情总得分、总病程均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,实验组的止痛时间、止泡时间、结痂时间、显效时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。实验组和对照组在治疗7 d后的总有效率分别为77.5%和45.5%;治疗14 d后的总有效率分别为85%和55%;治疗21 d后的总有效率分别为95%和70%;同期两组疗效比较,实验组总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组均未见明显用药后不适感与不良反应。结论更昔洛韦眼用凝胶对缓解眼睑带状疱疹症状与体征具有显著效果,可提高治疗的有效率,缩短病程,治疗期间无严重不良反应发生,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of ganciclovir gel in the treatment of eyelid herpes zoster. Genciclovir ophthalmic gel was applied to the eyelid cluster vesicles (including forehead and head) for 4 times / d, then dropped into the conjunctival sac for 3 times / d, and was given antibiotic eye drops and acyclovir eye drops for 4 / d oral administration of vitamin B1 and vitamin B12, while in the control group, 40 cases were treated with vitamin B1 and vitamin B12. They were given external penciclovir cream for 3 / d, antibiotic eye drops and acyclovir eye drops for 4 / d, and vitamin B1 and vitamin B12 for 3 weeks. The symptoms and signs, the course of disease, the clinical efficacy and safety were observed before treatment and 7 days after treatment. Results the general condition, age, course of disease of the two groups were observed. There was no significant difference in the scores before treatment (P 0.05). The total scores of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment for 21 days, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, the time of pain relief, the time of stopping bubbles and the time of scab formation in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The effective time was lower than that of the control group. The total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 77.5% and 45.50.The total effective rates after 14 days treatment were 85% and 55g, the total effective rates after 21 days treatment were 95% and 70g, respectively. The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no obvious discomfort and adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion ganciclovir ophthalmic gel has a significant effect on relieving the symptoms and signs of blepharoherpes zoster. It can improve the effective rate of treatment, shorten the course of disease, no serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment, it is worthy of clinical application.
