【摘要】:当前我国医疗卫生系统的发展极不平衡,不同地区的医疗水平存在着巨大的差异。眼科影像是诊断眼科疾病的重要依据,而在不发达地区没有相应的检测设备,加之眼科医生所具备的知识和经验相对比较薄弱,造成各大医院经常是人满为患。通常,医生通过观察眼底图像来对眼科疾病进行诊断,传统的医疗服务模式导致医疗资源稀缺并且效率非常低下。云计算的出现,带来了新兴的服务模式。通过云计算平台将医疗服务搬上云端,形成一个医疗云服务数字化生态环境,使得人们可以不受地域经济发展水平的限制就可获取优质医疗服务。本文针对不发达地区医疗资源稀缺及眼科专科影像诊断技术薄弱等问题,利用先进的医学云服务平台及基于大数据的眼科影像数据处理技术,构建并探索第三方独立影像服务运营模式,实现眼科专科影像的前端诊断及优质医疗资源下移。本论文主要研究的是眼科专科影像云服务平台研发,通过软件工程学的方法并结合大数据技术的优势来构建眼科影像数据存储平台和综合服务平台。论文首先从云平台使用者的角度进行需求分析,而后对云服务平台进行整体设计,在此基础上分别对眼科影像数据的采集和眼科影像数据的存储进行设计。其次,构建基于HDFS的眼科影像数据平台,对不同的数据格式分别使用sqoop、flume以及打包压缩上传的方式实现眼科数据的采集,并从模式层和实例层对眼科数据进行清洗。最后,对眼科影像数据平台和综合服务平台分别进行测试,结果表明:眼科影像数据平台具有良好的扩展性和容错性,可以保障眼科数据的高可靠性;眼科综合服务平台的业务功能正常运行,符合预期的设计。
[Abstract]:The development of medical and health system in China is very uneven, there are great differences between different regions of the medical level. The eye image is important for the diagnosis of eye disease, without a corresponding detection device in the underdeveloped areas, and eye doctors have the knowledge and experience is relatively weak, resulting in major hospitals are often overcrowded usually, the doctor through the observation of fundus images for the diagnosis of ophthalmic diseases, the traditional model of medical care cause scarce medical resources and the efficiency is very low. The emergence of cloud computing has brought the new service mode. Through cloud computing platform of medical services onto the cloud, the formation of a medical cloud service in the digital environment, which makes people can not limit the level of regional economic development can obtain high-quality medical services. Aiming at the scarcity of medical resources in underdeveloped areas and eye specialist. As the problem diagnosis technology is weak, the use of medical cloud services platform and advanced technology dealing with image data based on large data, and to explore the construction of independent third party image service operation mode, front-end diagnosis and high-quality medical resources to achieve lower eye specialist images. This paper mainly studies the ophthalmic imaging cloud service platform development through the method of software engineering and the combination of big data technology to construct the eye image data storage platform and integrated service platform. Firstly, from the point of view of the user cloud platform needs analysis, and the overall design of cloud service platform, based on the collection and eye image data on eye image data storage design respectively. Secondly, construct the eye image data platform based on HDFS, using sqoop for different data formats and compression on the flume package The way to achieve eye data acquisition, and from the pattern layer and the layer of ophthalmic data cleaning examples. Finally, the eye image data platform and integrated service platform were tested. The results show that: the eye image data platform has good scalability and fault tolerance, can guarantee the high reliability of ophthalmic data; business function the operation of Ophthalmology service platform, in line with the expected design.
