2型糖尿病患者的干眼患病情况及其相关影响指标

【摘要】：目的:比较2型糖尿病(2-DM)患者与非2-DM人群干眼的患病率差异,并分析影响干眼的2型糖尿病相关指标。方法:选取2014-03/2015-05于我院内分泌科就诊的2-DM者80例(观察组),门诊体检中心的正常体检者98例(对照组)。参照WHO干眼诊断标准,统计分析两组患者干眼的患病率。将观察组患者分别依据糖尿病病程、年龄、性别以及血糖控制情况分组,组内分析其干眼患病率有无差别。结果:观察组患者干眼的患病率为49%(39/80),显著高于对照组(29%),差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。2-DM患者随年龄、病程以及血糖水平增加,其干眼患病率升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。不同性别患者之间干眼患病率无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:2-DM患者干眼患病率高于正常人群,且随患者年龄、病程及血糖水平增加而升高,但不同性别间其患病率无明显差异。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the prevalence of dry eye in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and non 2-DM patients, and to analyze the related indexes of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods: 80 cases of 2-DM were selected from the endocrine department of our hospital in 2014-03 / 2015-05 (observation group, 98 cases of outpatient physical examination center) (control group).According to WHO dry eye diagnostic criteria, the prevalence of dry eye in two groups was statistically analyzed.According to the course of diabetes, age, sex and blood glucose control, the patients in the observation group were divided into two groups.Results: the prevalence rate of dry eye in the observation group was 49 / 39 / 80, which was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant with age, course of disease and blood glucose level increasing, and the prevalence of dry eye was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05).There was no significant difference in dry eye prevalence among different genders (P 0.05).Conclusion the prevalence rate of dry eye in patients with 2-DM was higher than that in normal subjects, and increased with age, course of disease and blood glucose level, but there was no significant difference between the two sexes.
