眼睑基底细胞癌中窖蛋白-1和血管生成的关系

【摘要】：目的检测眼睑基底细胞癌中窖蛋白(Caveolin)-1、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和白细胞分化抗原(CD)31的表达,关注Caveolin-1与血管生成的关系。方法 58例确诊为眼睑基底细胞癌并行手术的患者作为观察组,常规留取术后的石蜡包埋组织,选择皮肤基底细胞乳头状瘤术后石蜡包埋组织17例作为对照组,应用免疫组化二步法检测两组中Caveolin-1、VEGF和CD31的表达。结果 Caveolin-1、VEGF的阳性率、CD31标记的微血管密度(MVD)在两组中的表达差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。观察组中Caveolin-1、VEGF阳性率和MVD值与肿瘤最大径密切相关,Caveolin-1与Ki67指数密切相关,Caveolin-1、VEGF阳性率和MVD值均与性别、年龄无相关性。线性相关分析显示观察组中Caveolin-1和VEGF、Caveolin-1和MVD呈负相关。结论眼睑基底细胞癌中Caveolin-1低表达是促进肿瘤形成的重要因素,Caveolin-1与肿瘤间质的血管生成有明显相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of cellar protein Caveolin-1, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and leukocyte differentiation antigen (CDM31) in eyelid basal cell carcinoma (BCC), and to investigate the relationship between Caveolin-1 and angiogenesis.Methods 58 cases of eyelid basal cell carcinoma were treated with paraffin embedded tissue, 17 cases of skin basal cell papilloma were selected as control group.The expression of Caveolin-1 CD31 was detected by immunohistochemical two-step method.Results the positive rate of Caveolin-1 VEGF and the expression of microvessel density (MVD) labeled by CD31 were significantly different between the two groups (P 0.01).In the observation group, the positive rate of Caveolin-1VEGFand the MVD value were closely related to the maximum diameter of the tumor. The positive rate of Caveolin-1 and the Ki67 index were closely related to the Ki67 index. There was no correlation between the positive rate of Caveolin-1VEGF-VEGF-positive and the value of MVD with sex and age.Linear correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between Caveolin-1 and VEGF Caveolin-1 and MVD in the observation group.Conclusion the low expression of Caveolin-1 is an important factor in promoting tumor formation in basal cell carcinoma of eyelid. Caveolin-1 is associated with angiogenesis of stroma.
