鼻内镜辅助下开放径路联合放疗治疗中晚期上颌窦恶性肿瘤的疗效分析

【摘要】：目的:分析鼻内镜辅助下开放径路联合放疗治疗中晚期上颌窦恶性肿瘤患者的临床疗效,并探讨进一步提高疗效的方法。方法:回顾性分析29例鼻内镜辅助下开放径路联合放疗治疗中晚期上颌窦恶性肿瘤患者的生存情况。结果:29例患者癌肿病灶均顺利切除,其中7例Ⅳ期行术前放疗加手术加术后放疗,22例采用手术加术后放疗。中位随访时间60个月(23~129个月)。全组患者3年和5年存活率分别为72%、61%,其中Ⅱ期分别为90%、80%,Ⅲ+Ⅳ期分别为63%、51%。结论:鼻内镜辅助下开放径路联合放疗是治疗上颌窦恶性肿瘤的一种有效的综合治疗方法,无远处转移Ⅳ期患者联合术前放疗仍可获得很好疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic open approach combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced maxillary sinus malignant tumor, and to explore the methods to improve the curative effect.Methods: 29 patients with advanced maxillary sinus malignant tumor were treated with open approach and radiotherapy under nasal endoscope retrospectively.Results all tumor lesions were resected successfully in 29 cases. Among them, 7 cases received preoperative radiotherapy plus operation plus postoperative radiotherapy in 7 cases. 22 cases were treated with surgery plus postoperative radiotherapy.The median follow-up time was 60 months from 23 to 129 months.The 3-year and 5-year survival rates of the patients in the whole group were 72 and 61 respectively, of which 90 were in stage 鈪，
