反Stallard法矫正内眦赘皮联合重睑成形术临床效果

【摘要】：目的探讨矫正内眦赘皮联合重睑成形的手术效果。方法 36例伴内眦赘皮的单睑患者均施行反Stallard法矫正内眦赘皮,并联合重睑成形术。患者术后随访3~12个月,观察效果。结果重睑形态良好,内眦部瘢痕轻微,美学效果良好。结论反Stallard法矫正内眦赘皮联合重睑成形术,手术方法设计简单、易操作、符合生理要求,术后重睑及内眦形态良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of correction of epicanthus combined with double eyelid plasty.Methods 36 cases of single eyelid with epicanthus were treated with reverse Stallard method and combined with double eyelid plasty.The patients were followed up for 3 ~ 12 months.Results the shape of double eyelid was good, the scar of inner canthus was slight, and the aesthetic effect was good.Conclusion reversed Stallard method for correction of epicanthus combined with double eyelid plasty is simple, easy to operate and meets the physiological requirements. The shape of double eyelid and inner canthus is good after operation.
