【摘要】：正临床上食管测压常用于评估咽喉部压力,或作为咽喉部手术术前和术后功能评估的手段之一。以往常规使用液体灌注方法进行咽喉部压力测定。更先进的食管测压方法则能提供更详细的口咽部压力数据。我科近期采用固态高分辨食管测压联合阻抗评估喉部外伤患者术前和术后吞咽功能,现报道如下。1临床资料患者,男,因车祸后吞咽困难半月余于2014-
[Abstract]:Esophageal manometry is often used to assess pharyngopharynx pressure or to evaluate the function of laryngopharynx before and after laryngectomy.In the past, the pressure of pharynx and larynx was measured by the method of liquid perfusion.More advanced esophageal manometry provides more detailed data on oropharyngeal pressure.Our department recently used solid state high resolution esophageal manometry combined with impedance to evaluate the swallowing function of patients with laryngeal trauma before and after operation.
