【摘要】：目的 1、检测畸胎瘤细胞源性生长因子（PC-cell derived growth factor,PCDGF）和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)在鼻咽癌（nasopharyngeal carcinoma, NPC）组织标本与癌旁正常组织标本中的表达水平。 2、研究畸胎瘤细胞源性生长因子（PC-cell derived growth factor,PCDGF）和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)的表达水平与鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma, NPC)临床病理参数之间是否有关系。 3、探讨鼻咽癌(Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, NPC)组织中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)的蛋白表达和畸胎瘤细胞源性生长因子（PC-cellderived growth factor, PCDGF）之间的关系。方法使用免疫组化－SP法检测畸胎瘤细胞源性生长因子（PC-cellderived growth factor, PCDGF）和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelialgrowth factor, VEGF)在65例鼻咽癌(Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, NPC)组织及65例癌旁组织中的表达。结果 1、本次研究表明鼻咽癌组织中PCDGF与VEGF的蛋白表达水平远远超过的癌旁正常组织，且前者的表达与某些病理因素有关，如癌的浸润情况、淋巴结有否转移及临床分期(P0.05)。然而后者除以上情况和PCDGF相同外，还和是否有远处转移这一因素有一定关系(P0.05)。两者在鼻咽癌中的表达在不同性别、不同年龄阶段中都无统计学上的差异。 2、本次研究还说明PCDGF和VEGF在鼻咽癌组织中的蛋白表达表现为正相关（r=0.414，P=0.001）。结论 1、同以前的研究结果一样，，鼻咽癌中PCDGF与VEGF的蛋白表达水平远远超过癌旁正常组织，且这两个因子的蛋白表达情况与某些病理因素相关，以上结果说明这两个因子可能也在鼻咽癌的发生及侵袭过程中发挥着不可忽视的促进作用。 2、研究结果中显示的PCDGF与VEGF表达的正相关性说明这两个因子可能在鼻咽癌的发生、浸润和转移过程中起着相互促进作用。
[Abstract]:Purpose 1. The expression of PC-cell derived growth factor (PC-cell derived growth factor) and vascular endothelial growth factor (endothelial growth factor, VEGF) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected. 2. To investigate the relationship between the expression of PC-cell derived growth factor (PC-cell derived growth factor) and vascular endothelial growth factor (endothelial growth factor, VEGF) and the clinicopathological parameters of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPCs) in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). 3. To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (endothelial growth factor, VEGF) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPCs) and the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (endothelial growth factor, VEGF) and the expression of PC-cell-derived growth factor, PCDGF) in teratoma. Method The expression of PC-cell-derived growth factor, PCDGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (endothelialgrowth factor, VEGF) in 65 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and 65 cases of paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method. Result 1. This study shows that the expression of PCDGF and VEGF protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues is much higher than that in adjacent normal tissues, and the expression of the former is related to some pathological factors, such as invasion of cancer, lymph node metastasis and clinical staging (P0.05). However, in addition to the same as PCDGF, the latter is also related to the distant metastasis (P 0.05). There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the expression of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) by sex and age. 2. The expression of PCDGF and VEGF in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was positively correlated with the expression of rrm0.414PnP 0.001. Conclusion 1. As in previous studies, the expression of PCDGF and VEGF protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was much higher than that in adjacent normal tissues, and the protein expression of these two factors was related to some pathological factors. These results suggest that these two factors may also play an important role in the development and invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. 2. The positive correlation between the expression of PCDGF and VEGF suggests that these two factors may play an important role in the pathogenesis, invasion and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
