低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:探讨低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取符合标准的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组应用低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术,对照组应用传统扁桃体切除术,观察比较二者的手术治疗情况。结果:两组患者均顺利完成扁桃体摘除术,术后无明显出血。观察组患者在手术时间、术中出血量和术后进食时间均优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P0.05);二者白膜脱落时间相似,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者术后1d、3d、5d和7d,VAS评分均低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率95%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者症状和体征总积分均降低,与本组治疗前比较,差异存在统计学意义(P0.05);二者症状和体征总积分下降幅度相似,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术具有手术时间短、术中出血少和术后疼痛轻等优点,患者术后恢复快、安全性高,值得临床应用开展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of low temperature plasma radiofrequency knife tonsillectomy in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency knife tonsillectomy and the control group with traditional tonsillectomy. To observe and compare the surgical treatment between the two groups. Results: tonsillectomy was successfully completed in both groups, and there was no obvious bleeding after operation. The time of operation, the amount of blood lost during operation and the time of eating after operation in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the time of the white film falling off was similar between the two groups, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). The VAS scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on the 1st day, 3rd day, and 7th day after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The total effective rate was 100 in the observation group and 95 in the control group. After treatment, the total scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups were all decreased, the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment, and the total scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups were similar to those of the patients before treatment, but there was no significant difference in the total scores of symptoms and signs between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: low temperature plasma radiofrequency knife tonsillectomy has the advantages of short operation time, less intraoperative bleeding and less postoperative pain.
