葡萄膜炎并发性白内障选择不同手术方式的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的 探讨葡萄膜炎并发性白内障根据不同条件选择不同手术方式的疗效。方法 46例(46眼)葡萄膜炎并发性白内障患者,在葡萄膜炎控制稳定6个月后,采用小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术治疗葡萄膜炎并发性白内障20例(20眼),采用超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术治疗葡萄膜炎并发性白内障26例(26眼)。观察治疗效果。结果 术后45眼(97.83%)视力较术前提高,其中≥0.5者28眼,0.3~0.5者12眼,0.1~0.3者6眼。瞳孔圆形或椭圆形,瞳孔直径较术前略大。结论 葡萄膜炎并发性白内障人工晶状体植入术手术复杂,根据不同条件选择不同的手术方式以及手术时机的正确选择是手术治疗的关键因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different surgical methods on uveitis complicated with cataract according to different conditions. Methods 46 cases (46 eyes) of uveitis complicated with cataract were treated with uveitis for 6 months. Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were used to treat uveitis complicated with cataract in 20 cases (20 eyes), phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation (phacoemulsification) in 26 cases (26 eyes) of uveitis complicated with cataract.
