孟鲁司特对腺样体肥大患儿血清变态反应及应激指标的影响观察

【摘要】：目的观察及研究孟鲁司特对腺样体肥大患儿血清变态反应及应激指标的影响情况。方法选取66例腺样体肥大患儿为研究对象,将其分为对照组(常规腺样体肥大治疗组)33例和观察组(常规治疗加孟鲁司特组)33例,然后将两组患儿治疗前和治疗后4周、8周及16周的血清变态反应及应激指标进行比较。结果治疗前两组患者的血清变态反应及应激指标均差异无统计学意义(P0.05),而治疗后4周、8周及12周观察组的血清变态反应及应激指标均低于对照组(P0.05)。结论孟鲁司特可显著地改善腺样体肥大患儿血清变态反应及应激指标的表达情况,对于本类患儿的疾病治疗效果较好。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of montelukast on serum hypersensitivity and stress index in children with adenoid hypertrophy. Methods 66 children with adenoid hypertrophy were divided into control group (33 cases in routine adenoid hypertrophy group) and observation group (33 cases in routine treatment plus montelukast group). Then the serum hypersensitivity and stress indexes were compared between the two groups before treatment and 4 weeks and 16 weeks after treatment. Results there was no significant difference in serum hypersensitivity and stress indexes between the two groups before treatment, but the serum hypersensitivity and stress indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment. Conclusion Montelukast can significantly improve the expression of serum hypersensitivity and stress index in children with adenoid hypertrophy.
