单侧聋患者人工耳蜗植入的进展

【摘要】：正既往未将双耳非对称性听力损失(asymmetric hearing loss,AHL)的极端案例-单侧听力损失(unilateral hearing loss,UHL)或单侧聋(single side deafness,SSD)纳入人工耳蜗植入的适应症。近年来有人开始尝试为单侧聋伴有严重耳鸣的患者患耳植入人工耳蜗,结果发现不但可以有效地减轻甚至消除耳鸣,而且还发现适应后可以与健耳听力很好地整合,从而达到双耳聆听的效果。
