活血通窍汤治疗气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋的临床疗效研究

【摘要】：目的：评价加味活血通窍汤治疗气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋的临床疗效，并观察与单纯西药治疗在疗效上是否存在差异。方法：选择符合条件的60例病例，应用随机化方案分为加味活血通窍汤治疗组30例和单纯西药治疗对照组30例。对照组30例应用盐酸丁咯地尔、VitB1及VitB12治疗，治疗组30例在对照组治疗的基础上同时应用加味活血通窍汤治疗。2组均以1周为1个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程后进行疗效评价。记录治疗前后纯音听阈测定结果，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：经统计学分析，，治疗组和对照组治疗气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋均有效，治疗组总有效率93.33%，对照组总有效率73.33%，两组在疗程结束后总疗效比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论：加味活血通窍汤治疗气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋的临床疗效确切，值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of Jiawei Huoxue Tongqiao decoction on sudden deafness caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis, and to observe whether there is a difference between the treatment with western medicine and that of western medicine alone. Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups: Jiawei Huoxue Tongqiao decoction group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). 30 cases in control group were treated with buflomedil hydrochloride VitB1 and VitB12, 30 cases in treatment group were treated with Jiawei Huoxue Tongqiao decoction at the same time on the basis of control group. The results of pure tone audiometry before and after treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results: by statistical analysis, both the treatment group and the control group were effective in treating sudden deafness of Qi stagnation and Blood stasis type. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33. The total effective rate in the control group was 73.33. There was significant difference in the total curative effect between the two groups after the end of the course of treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of Jiawei Huoxue Tongqiao decoction on sudden deafness due to Qi stagnation and Blood stasis is definite and worth popularizing.
