剂型凝胶型人工泪液对白内障超声乳化术后干眼的影响

【摘要】：目的了解人工泪液-思然对超声乳化术后泪膜稳定性的影响。 方法随机抽取行白内障超声乳化+人工晶体植入术的年龄相关性白内障患者28例(37只眼),随机分为实验组(19人)和对照组(18人),对照组术后给予常规治疗,实验组术后在给予常规治疗的基础上加用人工泪液思然。分别于术前一天、术后一天、一周、两周、三周、一个月行干眼问卷调查,泪膜破裂时间(BUT),基础泪液分泌实验(Schirmer-Ⅰ),角膜荧光素染色检查。 结果与术前相比,术后干眼问卷调查有症状者增加,实验组明显少于对照组；术后实验组BUT恢复时间较对照组提前(p≤0.05),术后实验组SIT恢复时间较对照组提前(p≤0.05)。术后角膜染色恢复时间实验组较对照组提前。 结论白内障超声乳化术后可使患者泪膜稳定性下降,使用人工泪液思然后可减轻干眼的症状与体征,帮助患者更好的恢复,改善视觉质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of artificial tear-Siran on the stability of lacrimal film after phacoemulsification.
