原发性悬雍垂恶性肿瘤3例报告并文献复习

【摘要】：正原发于悬雍垂的恶性肿瘤罕见,国内罕见报道~([1])。我院2003-2013年诊治3例原发性悬雍垂恶性肿瘤患者,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料3例患者均为男性,年龄分别为47岁、51岁、55岁,都有长期吸烟、饮酒史,并且性格急躁,讲话语速快。主要以咽部异物感就诊,2例患者同时伴有咽痛。查体:一般情况好,悬雍垂根尖部可见新生物,2例直径小于1.0cm,未侵及软腭中线,1例
[Abstract]:Malignant neoplasms originating from uvula are rare and rare in China ([1]). Three patients with primary uvula malignant tumor were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from 2003 to 2013. The following data and methods 1.1. 1. 1 Clinical data 1. 3 cases were male, aged from 47 years to 51 years old and 55 years old respectively. They all had a long history of smoking, drinking alcohol, and were impatient. Speak fast. Two patients with foreign body sensation in the pharynx were treated with pharynx pain at the same time. Check out the body: generally good, the uvula root tip is seen in 2 cases with a diameter less than 1.0 cm in diameter, and no invasion of the soft palate midline in 1 case.
