滋阴明目丸联合阿司匹林治疗肝肾阴虚型年龄相关性白内障患者的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:探讨滋阴明目丸联合阿司匹林治疗肝肾阴虚型年龄相关性白内障的临床疗效。方法:将纳入的肝肾阴虚型年龄相关性白内障患者96例175只眼,随机分为对照组(48例86只眼)和治疗组(48例89只眼)。对照组予基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予滋阴明目丸治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后视力、中医证候、血液流变学的变化以及临床疗效。结果:在治疗前后视力、血液流变学、中医证候的改善方面治疗组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:滋阴明目丸联合阿司匹林能有效改善肝肾阴虚型年龄相关性白内障患者临床症状,提高临床疗效。其机制可能与改善患者血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞变形指数相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Ziyin Mingmu pills combined with aspirin in the treatment of age-related cataract of liver and kidney yin deficiency type. Methods: Ninety-six patients (175 eyes) with age-related cataract of liver and kidney yin deficiency type were randomly divided into control group (n = 48, n = 86) and treatment group (n = 48, n = 89). The control group was treated with basic therapy, the treatment group was treated with Ziyin Mingmu pills on the basis of the control group. The visual acuity, TCM syndromes, hemorheology and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment. Results: the improvement of visual acuity, hemorheology and TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group before and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: Ziyin Mingmu pills combined with aspirin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy of age-related cataract patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency. The mechanism may be related to the improvement of plasma viscosity, hematocrit and erythrocyte deformability index.
