纤维支气管镜诊疗所致严重并发症的临床分析及防治方法探讨

【摘要】：目的探讨纤维支气管镜检查与治疗过程中发生的严重并发症及防治方法。方法回顾分析2011年1月~2016年4月我科纤维支气管镜检查与治疗的2753例患者的临床资料和发生的严重并发症及防治方法。结果2753例患者纤维支气管镜检查与治疗共发生严重并发症12例,其中死亡2例,严重低氧血症3例,继发肺部感染6例,支气管痉挛1例,严重并发症发生率4.36‰,死亡率0.73‰。结论纤维支气管镜检查与治疗可以出现严重并发症,随着纤维支气管镜介入治疗的广泛开展,严重并发症的发生率和死亡率有增加趋势。严格掌握适应证、检查前的充分准备是减少和预防严重并发症的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the severe complications and prevention and treatment of fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods from January 2011 to April 2016, the clinical data, severe complications, prevention and treatment of 2753 patients with fiberoptic bronchoscopy from January 2011 to April 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results there were 12 cases of severe complications after fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination and treatment in 2753 patients, including 2 deaths, 3 severe hypoxemia, 6 secondary pulmonary infection and 1 bronchospasm.
