CE-Chirp刺激声诱发的多频稳态诱发电位反应阈值与纯音听阈值的关系研究

【摘要】:目的比较CE-Chirp刺激声诱发的多频稳态诱发电位(ASSR)阈值与纯音听阈值的之间的相互关系,探讨正常与不同性质和不同程度听力损失患者CE-Chirp ASSR反应阈与纯音听阈之间的相关性。 方法根据电测听结果分为听力正常(13人,26耳);听力异常(119例,,168耳)中根据不同性质听力损失分为传导性(27耳)、混合性(53耳)和感音神经性聋(88耳),根据不同程度听力损失分为轻度(59耳)、中度(52耳)、重度(29耳)及极重度(28耳)。分别测试正常和异常听力者CE-ChirpASSR的反应阈,与在频率0.5、1、2和4kHz的行为听阈进行相关性分析;两阈值差分别在同一频率不同听力组间、同一听力组内不同频率间进行比较。 结果听力正常和异常组的CE-Chirp ASSR反应阈与纯音听阈之间关系密切(P0.01);CE-ChirpASSR反应阈与纯音听阈差值在同一频率各听力异常组间,及4个不同频率同一听力异常组内均无统计学差异(P0.05)。 结论CE-Chirp ASSR反应阈与纯音测听阈有显著相关性;CE-Chirp ASSR是一种快速、具有频率特异性的新型听力检测方法,可对不同性质、不同程度听力损失患者进行客观听力评估。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the relationship between CE-Chirp evoked multi-frequency steady-state evoked potentials (ASSRs) threshold and pure tone auditory threshold (Pure tone auditory threshold), and to explore the correlation between CE-Chirp ASSR response threshold and pure tone auditory threshold in patients with normal and different properties and different degrees of hearing loss. Methods according to the results of electroaudiometry, 13 patients with normal hearing were divided into 26 ears. In 119 cases of abnormal hearing loss, there were 27 ears with conductive hearing loss, 53 ears with mixed hearing loss, 88 ears with sensorineural hearing loss, 59 ears with mild hearing loss, 52 ears with moderate deafness and 29 ears with severe hearing loss. ) and extremely severe, 28 ears. The response threshold of CE-ChirpASSR was measured in normal and abnormal hearing subjects, and the correlation analysis was carried out between CE-ChirpASSR and behavioral threshold at frequency of 0.5 kHz and 4kHz, and the difference between the two thresholds was compared between different hearing groups at the same frequency and different frequencies in the same hearing group. Results there was a close relationship between CE-Chirp ASSR response threshold and pure tone hearing threshold in normal and abnormal hearing groups. There was no significant difference between CE-Chirp ASSR response threshold and pure tone hearing threshold at the same frequency and 4 different frequencies in the same hearing abnormality group. Conclusion CE-Chirp ASSR is a fast and frequency-specific new method for hearing detection, which can be used to evaluate the hearing ability of patients with different characteristics and different degrees of hearing loss. [conclusion] there is a significant correlation between CE-Chirp ASSR and pure tone audiometry.
