双眼平衡方法的比较研究

【摘要】:目的 通过本研究,探索可靠性强且方便的双眼平衡方法及步骤,为临床验光提供帮助。使屈光不正患者在今后的屈光矫正后能够更加接近真正的双眼平衡状态,从而为良好双眼视觉的检查和处理打下屈光学基础。 方法 病例对照研究。预实验包括50名(100眼)青年近视患者,应用电脑验光仪和综合验光仪行规范验光后,在六种不同情况下进行双眼平衡,使用视网膜动态检影的方法测其调节滞后量,比较融合下的双眼调节。利用SPSS13.0统计软件对相关数据采用析因设计的方差分析、Dunnett-t进行分析。二次实验包括54名(108眼)青年近视患者,除预实验的步骤外,分别应用红绿视标和红绿分割视标进行双色实验。利用SPSS13.0统计软件采用方差分析的方法对双色实验结果进行数据分析。将104名被检者按近视度数分组,利用SPSS13.0统计软件采用析因设计的方差分析进行数据分析。 结果 ①平衡与雾视的先后顺序及平衡方法的不同会影响双眼平衡的结果(F=15.610,P0.01;F=3.088,P0.05),并且两者间存在交互效应(F=4.570,P0.05)。②先平衡的棱镜分离法与利用调节滞后得出的对照组最接近,且这两者之间的差别没有统计学意义(P0.05)。③利用红绿分割视标进行双色实验,所得结果更接近MPMVA值(F=22.655,P0.01)。 结论 相比而言,先平衡后雾视的棱镜分离法更接近理想的双眼平衡状态;利用红绿分割视标所得结果更接近MPMVA值。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the reliable and convenient method and procedure of binocular balance in order to provide help for clinical optometry. After the refractive correction in the future, the patients with ametropia can be more close to the true state of binocular balance, so as to lay the foundation of refraction for the examination and management of good binocular vision. Methods A case-control study was conducted. The pre-experiment included 50 young myopia patients (100 eyes). After using computer optometry and comprehensive optometry to standardize the optometry, the eyes were balanced under six different conditions, and the adjusting lag was measured by dynamic retinal examination. Compare binocular adjustment with fusion. The statistical software SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze the related data by the factorial analysis of variance (ANOVA) of Dunnett-t. The second experiment consisted of 54 young myopia patients. In addition to the steps of the preliminary experiment, the two color experiments were carried out by using red green visual label and red green segmentation visual label respectively. The statistical software SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze the data of two-color experiment by ANOVA. 104 subjects were grouped according to the degree of myopia, and the data were analyzed by the variance analysis of factorial design using SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results (1) the order of balance and fog vision and the balance method will affect the results of bilateral balance. The results were as follows: (1) there was an interactive effect between the two groups, and the prism separation method with the first balance was the closest to the control group, which was obtained by using the adjustment lag. The difference between the two methods was not statistically significant. The results were closer to the MPMVA value (P < 0. 05) and P0. 01. 3. The results of two color experiments using the red and green segmentation visual standard were closer to the MPMVA value (P < 0. 05). Conclusion in contrast, the prism separation method with first balance and fog vision is closer to the ideal state of binocular equilibrium, and the result obtained by using red-green segmentation visual marker is closer to the MPMVA value.
