放疗对鼻咽癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子及受体、血小板反应蛋白-1表达的影响

【摘要】：目的观察放疗对鼻咽癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、VEGF受体(VEGFR)-2和血小板反应蛋白(TSP)-1表达的影响。方法 46例鼻咽癌患者为观察组,应用放射治疗,观察治疗前后血清VEGF、VEGFR-2和TSP-1的变化,20例体检健康成人血清标本为对照组。应用酶联免疫吸附实验检测两组血清VEGF、VEGFR-2和TSP-1的表达。结果观察组治疗前、后血清VEGF、VEGFR-2表达均明显高于对照组,治疗前、后血清中TSP-1表达均明显低于对照组。观察组治疗前Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者血清VEGF、VEGFR-2的表达明显高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期,治疗后VEGF、VEGFR-2表达均下降,但是Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者血清VEGF、VEGFR-2下降值明显高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期。观察组治疗前Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者血清TSP-1表达明显低于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期,治疗后TSP-1表达均升高,但是Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者血清TSP-1的升高值明显高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期。线性相关分析显示观察组治疗前、后血清VEGF和VEGFR-2的表达呈正相关,VEGF和TSP-1的表达负相关性。结论放疗对鼻咽癌患者血清VEGF、VEGFR-2和TSP-1的表达有一定影响,尤其是对Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者。肿瘤发生和进展过程中VEGF、VEGFR-2和TSP-1的表达具有协同效应。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of radiotherapy on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and VEGF receptor (VEGFR)-2 and platelet reactive protein (tsp)-1 in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods 46 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated with radiotherapy. The changes of VEGFV EGFR-2 and TSP-1 in serum before and after radiotherapy were observed and 20 healthy adult serum samples were taken as control group. The expression of VEGFR-2 and TSP-1 in serum of two groups was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results before and after treatment, the expression of VEGFR-2 in serum of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the expression of TSP-1 in the serum before and after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group.
