两种旋转非对称型区域折射多焦人工晶状体植入术后视觉质量的比较研究

【摘要】:目的比较两种旋转非对称型区域折射多焦人工晶状体植入术后的视功能。设计回顾性病例系列。研究对象2015年10月至2016年5月北京同仁眼科中心进行白内障手术联合旋转非对称型区域折射多焦人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)植入的40例患者40眼。方法白内障超声乳化吸除后,植入两种旋转非对称型区域折射多焦IOL(Lentis Mplus 15和30;Oculentis Optikger壙te Gmb H,Wetzlar,Germany)(即MF 30组与MF 15组)。MF 30组与MF 15组各20例20眼。在术后3个月比较植入两种IOL患者的未矫正远视力(uncorrected distance visual acuity,UDVA)、中视力(uncorrected intermediate visual acuity,UIVA)、近视力(uncorrected near visual acuity,UNVA),矫正远视力(corrected distance visual acuity,CDVA)、中视力(corrected intermediate visual acuity,CIVA)、近视力(corrected near visual acuity,CNVA),屈光度以及术后的满意度问卷调查。主要指标术后未矫正远、中、近视力,矫正远、中、近视力,屈光度,患者满意度。结果术后3个月两组患者UDVA、UIVA、CDVA、CIVA及CNVA无显著性差异(P均0.05)。MF 30组的UNVA为0.26±0.14(Log Mar),MF 15组的UNVA为0.36±0.13(Log Mar)(P=0.03)。两组的问卷调查在近距离阅读、夜间视力和满意度三个方面均无显著性差异。结论旋转非对称型区域折射多焦人工晶状体MF 30比MF15能获得更好的近视力。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the visual function of two rotating-asymmetric area refraction polyfocal intraocular lens implantation. Design retrospective case series. Participants 40 eyes of 40 patients underwent cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation in Beijing Tongren Eye Center from October 2015 to May 2016. Methods after phacoemulsification of cataract, 20 eyes of 20 cases in MF 30 group and 20 eyes in MF 15 group were implanted with two kinds of rotation asymmetric area refraction multifocal IOL (Lentis Mplus 15 and 30 Oculentis Optikger Xiang te Gmb HnwetzlarGermany) (MF 30 group and MF 15 group). Three months after operation, the uncorrected far visual acuity (uncorrected distance visual), moderate visual acuity (uncorrected intermediate visual acuity (uncorrected distance visual), near visual acuity (uncorrected distance visual), corrected far visual acuity (corrected distance visual acuity (uncorrected distance visual), middle visual acuity (corrected intermediate visual acuity CIVA), near visual acuity (corrected near visual acuity (uncorrected distance visual), diopter and postoperative visual acuity were compared. A questionnaire survey of satisfaction was conducted. Main outcome measures: distant, medium, near visual acuity, diopter, patient satisfaction. Results three months after operation, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The UNVA of MF 30 group was 0.26 卤0.14 (Log Mar) and the UNVA of MF 15 group was 0.36 卤0.13 (Log Mar) (P < 0.03). There was no significant difference in close reading, night vision and satisfaction between the two groups. Conclusion MF 30 can obtain better near visual acuity than MF 15 in rotating asymmetric area refraction polyfocal intraocular lens.
