应用经鼻面罩正压通气治疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停患者心律失常的治疗效果评估

【摘要】：目的评估应用经鼻面罩正压通气治疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)患者心律失常的治疗效果。方法选取我院2014年5月~2016年5月收治的OSA停合并心律失常患者80例,依据随机数字表法将这些患者分为药物治疗联合经鼻面罩正压通气治疗组(联合治疗组,n=40)和单纯药物治疗组(单独治疗组,n=40)两组,对两组患者的HR、AHI、最低SaO_2、(中文名?)TSTSaO_290%及夜间心律失常发生次数、临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及住院时间进行统计分析。结果联合治疗组患者的夜间最慢HR、SaO_2low均显著高于单独治疗组(P0.05),夜间最快HR、AHI、TSTSaO_290%均显著低于单独治疗组(P0.05),夜间心律失常发生次数显著少于单独治疗(P0.05),治疗的总有效率92.5%(37/40)显著高于单独治疗组72.5%(29/40,P0.05),临床症状消失时间及住院时间均显著短于单独治疗组(P0.05)。结论经鼻面罩正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停患者心律失常的治疗效果良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of nasal mask positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of arrhythmia in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Methods 80 patients with OSA and arrhythmia treated in our hospital in May May 2014, ~2016, were divided into drug therapy combined with nasal mask positive pressure ventilation group according to the random digital table method.
