功能裂隙灯生物显微镜对正常成人结膜微血管血流动力学指标的检测和临床应用价值

【摘要】:目的探讨功能裂隙灯生物显微镜(functional slit lamp biomicroscopy,FSLB)对正常成人结膜微血管血流动力学指标的检测和临床应用价值。方法随机抽取南昌大学医学院和中山眼科中心硕士研究生16人,其中男8人,女8人;年龄21~25岁。应用FSLB并使用软件程序(Benoit~(TM),Tru Soft Inc,St.Petersburg,FL,USA)对受试者结膜微血管密度、微血管长度、微血管直径、微动脉血流速度、微静脉血流速度等指标进行检测,并分析受试者各指标特征。结果受试者右眼微血管密度、长度、直径、微动脉血流速度、微静脉血流速度上方和下方、鼻侧和颞侧差异均无统计学意义(均为P0.05);受试者右眼微血管密度、长度、直径上方、下方均较鼻侧、颞侧减小,差异均有统计学意义(均为P0.05);受试者微动脉血流速度、微静脉血流速度右眼上方、下方均较鼻侧、颞侧明显增加,差异均有统计学意义(均为P0.05)。左眼以及总眼数的情况和右眼相一致。结论利用FSLB可以较为清晰地获得正常成人结膜微血管血流动力学指标,有很好的临床价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of slit-lamp biomicroscopy (functional slit lamp biomicroscopy) in the detection of conjunctival microvascular hemodynamics in normal adults. Methods Sixteen graduate students of Nanchang University Medical College and Zhongshan Ophthalmology Center were randomly selected, including 8 males and 8 females, aged 21 to 25 years. The conjunctival microvessel density (MVD), microvascular length (MVD), microvascular diameter (MVD), arteriole flow velocity (IVF) and microvenous blood flow velocity (VVV) were measured by using FSLB and software program (Benoit~ (TM) Tru soft Inct St.Petersburgburg USA), and the characteristics of each index were analyzed. Results there was no significant difference in microvessel density, length, diameter, arteriole velocity, microvein velocity, nasal side and temporal side of the right eye (P0.05), the right eye microvessel density, length, diameter above the right eye. The blood flow velocity of arteriole and microvein above the right eye were significantly higher than those of the nasal side and the temporal side (all P0.05) (all P 0.05). 3. The lower side was lower than the nasal side, and the temporal side was significantly higher than that of the nasal side (all P0.05). 3. The blood flow velocity of the arterioles was significantly higher than that of the nasal side and the temporal side (P0.05). The left eye and the total number of eyes are consistent with the right eye. Conclusion using FSLB can obtain the normal conjunctival microvascular hemodynamic index clearly and has good clinical value.
