PCR检测儿童腺样体及扁桃体组织中4种病毒的回顾性分析

【摘要】：目的:探索非急性感染期间,腺样体和扁桃体组织中EB病毒(EBV)、人博卡病毒(HBoV)及多瘤病毒KI和WU(KIPyV和WUPyV)检测的检出率以及4种病毒的季节性分布特征。方法:采用实时聚合酶链反应检测慢性扁桃体炎和腺体肥大儿童中EBV,HBoV,多瘤病毒KIPyV和WUPyV的DNA表达。患者分组如下:腺样体肥大组,慢性扁桃体炎组和生理性扁桃体肥大组。还研究了这些病毒的表达与年龄,性别,反复感染和气道阻塞的关系。此外,还分析了这些病毒在腺样体和扁桃体组织中的检测率的季节变化。结果:研究发现,HBoV是腺样体标本中最常见的病毒,检出率为43.1%。在慢性扁桃体炎和扁桃体肥大标本中,EBV是最常见的病毒(检出率分别为53.8%和32.0%)。虽然在腺样体肥大组的儿童中全年都能检测到HBoV和EBV阳性,但在慢性扁桃体炎的儿童中全年也均能检测到EBV阳性。结论:在无症状慢性扁桃体炎及腺样体肥大儿童样本中全年都能检测到HBoV和EBV,这表明这些病毒可能持续存在于上呼吸道的淋巴上皮组织中。病毒持久性存在可能对淋巴样肥大的发展有致病潜力,并对炎症有慢性刺激作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the detection rate of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), human Boca virus (HBoV) and polytumour virus (Ki and WUPyV) in adenoid and tonsil tissues during non-acute infection. Methods: real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the DNA expression of EBV HBoV, polytumour virus KIPyV and WUPyV in children with chronic tonsillitis and hypertrophy. Patients were divided as follows: adenoid hypertrophy group, chronic tonsillitis group and physiologic tonsil hypertrophy group. The relationship between the expression of these viruses and age, sex, recurrent infection and airway obstruction was also studied. In addition, seasonal changes in the detection rates of these viruses in adenoids and tonsils were analyzed. Results: HBoV was the most common virus in adenoid specimens, and the detection rate was 43.1%. EBV was the most common virus in chronic tonsillitis and tonsil hypertrophy (53.8% and 32.0%, respectively). Although HBoV and EBV were detected all year round in children with adenoid hypertrophy, EBV positive was also detected in children with chronic tonsillitis. Conclusion: HBoV and EBV were detected throughout the year in children with asymptomatic chronic tonsillitis and adenoid hypertrophy, suggesting that these viruses may persist in upper respiratory tract lymphoid epithelium. Persistence of the virus may have pathogenicity in the development of lymphoid hypertrophy and chronic irritation to inflammation.
