1～3岁幼儿鼻后孔CT影像解剖学研究

【摘要】：目的测量1~3岁幼儿鼻后孔的影像解剖数据,为临床鼻后孔疾病的诊断治疗提供相关数据。方法通过CT影像工作站研究240例1~3岁幼儿鼻后孔冠状位CT,观察鼻后孔形态发育,并对鼻后孔测量左右径和上下径及截面积。结果 120例1~2岁幼儿左侧鼻后孔左右径(8.98±0.69)mm,上下径(14.42±1.34)mm,鼻后孔截面积(92.75±14.76)mm~2。右侧鼻后孔左右径(8.93±0.71)mm,上下径(14.25±1.24)mm,鼻后孔截面积(92.31±13.54)mm~2;120例2~3岁幼儿左侧鼻后孔左右径(9.51±0.74)mm,上下径(15.60±1.55)mm,鼻后孔截面积(108.72±18.05)mm~2。右侧鼻后孔左右径(9.54±0.71)mm,上下径(15.76±1.32)mm,鼻后孔截面积(108.66±17.43)mm~2。结论 1~3岁幼儿鼻后孔正常大小可满足幼儿正常呼吸通气量,明显小于此数值则可能造成1~3岁幼儿鼻塞及呼吸困难。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the anatomical data of posterior nasal foramen in children aged 1 to 3 years, and to provide relevant data for the diagnosis and treatment of posterior nasal foramen disease. Methods the coronal position of posterior nasal foramen in 240 children aged 1 to 3 years old was studied by CT imaging workstation. The shape and development of posterior nasal foramen were observed, and the diameter of left and right, the upper and lower diameter and the cross section area of posterior nasal foramen were measured. Results in 120 children aged 1 to 2 years, the left and right posterior nasal foramen diameter was (8.98 卤0.69) mm, the superior and inferior diameter was (14.42 卤1.34) mm, and the sectional area of the posterior nasal foramen was (92.75 卤14.76) mm / 2. The diameter of right posterior nasal foramen was (8.93 卤0.71) mm, the inferior diameter was (14.25 卤1.24) mm, the area of posterior nasal foramen was (92.31 卤13.54) mm, the left and right diameter of posterior nasal foramen was (9.51 卤0.74) mm, the inferior diameter was (15.60 卤1.55) mm, the area of posterior nasal foramen was (108.72 卤18.05) mm. The diameter of the right posterior nasal foramen was (9.54 卤0.71) mm, the superior and inferior diameter was (15.76 卤1.32) mm, and the cross sectional area of the posterior nasal foramen was (108.66 卤17.43) mm / 2. Conclusion 1the normal size of the posterior nasal foramen in children aged 3 years can satisfy the normal respiratory ventilation volume, which may cause nasal obstruction and dyspnea in children aged 1 to 3 years.
