【摘要】：正气管、支气管吸入性异物为儿童急性气管,支气管阻塞的常见原因,若不及时有效诊断和处理可影响呼吸导致缺氧,危及患者生命,是小儿耳鼻咽喉科常见急症~(〔1〕)。在临床急救中全身麻醉下经硬性支气管镜行异物取出术是治疗气管、支气管异物的首选方法,但临床手术中患儿气道对刺激反应性

If it is not timely and effectively diagnosed and treated , it can affect the hypoxia and endanger the life of the patient . It is the first choice for the treatment of trachea and bronchial foreign body under general anesthesia during clinical first aid .
