变态反应与慢性鼻-鼻窦炎

【摘要】：正变态反应参与慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)的发病机制。变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)、特应性体质、嗜酸粒细胞(eosinophils,EOS)、Th2炎症细胞因子、免疫球蛋白是影响CRS特别是伴有鼻息肉的CRS病程进展和药物、手术治疗效果不可忽视的一系列重要因素。然而,变态反应与CRS的确切关系仍然存在争议。本文从CRS分型、AR、特应性体质、EOS与CRS的关系以及变应性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎(allergic fungal rhinosinusitis,AFRS)等方面介绍变态反
[Abstract]:Positive allergic reaction is involved in the pathogenesis of chronic rhinosinusitis. Allergic rhinitis AR (AR), atopic constitution, eosinophilic granulocyte (EOS) and Th2 inflammatory cytokines, immunoglobulin (Ig) are a series of important factors that influence the progression and drug of CRS in CRS, especially in patients with nasal polyps. However, the exact relationship between allergy and CRS remains controversial. In this paper, the relationship between CRS typing, atopic constitution and CRS and (allergic fungal rhinosinusitis in allergic fungal rhinosinusitis were introduced.
