清热散结片联合氯霉素滴耳液治疗慢性中耳炎36例

【摘要】：目的观察清热散结片联合氯霉素滴耳液治疗慢性中耳炎的疗效。方法 72例慢性中耳炎患者均来自将河南中医药大学第一附属医院耳鼻喉科门诊患者,按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组36例采用清热散结片联合氯霉素滴耳液进行治疗。对照组仅用采用氯霉素滴耳液治疗。结果治疗组总有效率97.2%,明显高于对照组总有效率86.1%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论清热散结片联合氯霉素滴耳液治疗慢性中耳炎较单用清热散结片疗效显著。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the curative effect of Qingre Sanjie tablet combined with chloramphenicol ear drops on chronic otitis media. Methods Seventy-two patients with chronic otitis media were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group 36 cases were treated with Qingre Sanjie tablet combined with chloramphenicol ear drops. The control group was only treated with chloramphenicol ear drops. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.2%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.1%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Qingre Sanjie tablet combined with chloramphenicol ear drops is more effective than Qingre Sanjie tablet in the treatment of chronic otitis media.
