角膜地形图和主客观验光测量散光度数及轴位的对比观察

【摘要】:目的比较分析角膜地形图、检影验光及主觉验光三种方法在准分子激光术前检查测得散光度数和轴位的差异与关系。方法采用计算机辅助的角膜地形图法、带状光散瞳检影验光及主觉验光三种测量方法对123例195只非混合性散光进行检查并比较。结果 (1)检影验光、主觉验光和角膜地形图法测得散光主要分布在-0.5~-2.0 D,三种方法测得散光主要为顺规散光。(2)角膜地形图法与检影验光相比,散光度数差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),轴向差异无统计学意义(P=0.459);角膜地形图法与主觉验光相比,散光度数差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),轴向差异无统计学意义(P=0.355)。检影验光与主觉验光相比,散光度数和轴向均差异无统计学意义(P=0.144,P=0.653)。结论角膜地形图检查对准分子术前检查患者散光轴向定位具有重要参考价值,散光度数仍需结合检影验光和主觉验光确定最终处方。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the difference of astigmatism and axial position between corneal topography, optometry and principal optometry before excimer laser. Methods A total of 123 cases (195 cases) of nonmixed astigmatism were examined and compared by computer aided corneal topography, strip mydriasis optometry and principal optometry. Results (1) the astigmatism was mainly distributed in -0.5 ~ 2.0D, and the astigmatism was mainly regular astigmatism measured by the three methods. (2) the corneal topographic method was compared with the optometry. There were significant differences in astigmatism (P0. 000), axial (P0. 459), astigmatism (P0. 000) and axial (P0. 355). There was no significant difference in astigmatism and axis between optometry and principal optometry (P0. 144, P0. 653). Conclusion Corneal topographic examination has important reference value for the axial location of astigmatism in patients with molecular preoperative examination. Astigmatism should be combined with optometry and principal optometry to determine the final prescription.
