PARVB基因rs5764455多态性与青岛汉族人群非酒精性脂肪性肝病遗传易感性的相关性

【摘要】：目的:探讨小细胞蛋白β基因(PARVB基因)rs5764455多态性与青岛汉族人群非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)遗传易感性的相关性。方法:收集青岛地区B型超声诊断为NAFLD的患者(NAFLD组,n=230)及排除肝脏相关疾病的健康人群(对照组,n=330)。多聚酶链反应及DNA测序法进行PARVB基因型测定。检测并比较各组人群临床基本信息差异有无统计学意义。计算各组基因型频率、等位基因频率分布及发生NAFLD相对风险。结果:PARVB基因rs5764455位点基因型频率及等位基因频率在NAFLD组与对照组中的分布差异无统计学意义(基因型频率χ2=0.182,P=0.913;等位基因频率χ2=0.180,P=0.672)。校正体质量、BMI等混杂因素前后,C/T+T/T基因型携带者与C/C基因型携带者相比,发生NAFLD的风险度无统计学差异(OR=1.266,P=0.178;校正OR=1.631,P=0.096)。与C/C基因型携带者相比,C/T+T/T基因型携带者体质量、BMI、甘油三酯及ALT、AST升高且差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 :在青岛汉族人群中,PARVB基因rs5764455多态性与NAFLD不相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the association between the polymorphism of PARVB gene rs5764455 in small cell protein 尾 gene and the genetic susceptibility of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLDD) in Qingdao Han population. Methods: the patients with NAFLD diagnosed by B-mode ultrasound in Qingdao were collected. PARVB genotypes were determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and DNA sequencing. Results there was no significant difference in genotype frequency and allele frequency of rs5764455 locus between NAFLD group and control group (genotype frequency 蠂 2 / 0.182) and allele frequency (蠂 2 / 0.180) and allele frequency (蠂 ~ 2 / 0.180) were not significantly different between NAFLD group and control group (P < 0. 672). The carrier of C / T / T / T genotype was compared with the carrier of C / C genotype before and after adjusting body mass, BMI and other confounding factors. There was no statistical difference in the risk of occurrence of NAFLD. There was no statistical difference in the risk of occurrence of NAFLD.
