【摘要】：正胃食管反流病(gastro-esophageal reflux disease,GERD)是一类以"烧心、反酸和腹痛"为临床症状的胃肠道疾病,它的主要特征系胃内容物反流入食管引起不适症状[1]。GERD严重影响患者的生存质量。反流质量问卷(Quality of Reflux Questionnaire,Reflux-Qual)是评价GERD患者生存质量的特异性工具之一,该问卷是由法国学者Raymond等[2]于1999年编制,主要用来了解GERD患者的生存质量并评价临床治疗对GERD患者的疗效。此问卷内容较多,填写耗时长。Amouretti等[3]于2005年将
[Abstract]:Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a kind of gastrointestinal disease with clinical symptoms of "heartburn, acid reflux and abdominal pain". The main characteristic of GERD is that the reflux of gastric contents into the esophagus seriously affects the quality of life of patients with GERD [1] .GERD is one of the specific tools for evaluating the quality of life of patients with GERD, and the quality of reflux quality questionnaire (QQQ) is one of the specific tools for evaluating the quality of life of patients with GERD. The questionnaire was compiled by French scholar Raymond et al. [2] in 1999, and was mainly used to understand the quality of life of GERD patients and evaluate the curative effect of clinical treatment on GERD patients. This questionnaire has more contents and takes a long time to fill out. Amouretti et al. [3] will be completed in 2005.
