锡类散灌肠治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效与安全性

【摘要】：目的探讨锡类散灌肠治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效及安全性,为临床诊治提供参考。方法选择2011年7月-2015年4月80例活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者,按数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例,对照组患者使用美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组患者使用锡类散灌肠治疗,对比两组患者治疗有效率、肠镜表现积分、结肠组织病理积分及不良反应。结果患者治疗有效率观察组为90.00%,对照组为87.50%,两组比较差异无统计意义;观察组患者治疗前后肠镜表现及结肠组织病理积分与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义,两组患者治疗前后组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);患者不良反应发生率对照组为20.00%、观察组为5.00%,两组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计意义(χ2=5.876,P0.05)。结论锡类散灌肠治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎临床效果与美沙拉嗪相当,但不良反应更小,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xinfusan enema in the treatment of active ulcerative colitis and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Eighty patients with active ulcerative colitis from July 2011 to April 2015 were randomly divided into control group (n = 40) and observation group (n = 40).The patients in the observation group were treated with Xidesan enema. The effective rate, colonoscopy score, colonic histopathological score and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results the effective rate of treatment was 90.00g in the observation group and 87.50 in the control group, there was no statistical difference between the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in colonoscopy and colonic histopathological score before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 20.00, and in the observation group was 5.00. There was a statistical difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions (蠂 ~ 2, 5.876, P 0.05).Conclusion the clinical effect of Xishesan enema in the treatment of active ulcerative colitis is similar to that of mesalazine, but the adverse reaction is smaller, so it is worth popularizing.
