504例胃息肉发生相关因素的调查研究

【摘要】：目的探讨胃息肉发生的相关因素,为更有针对性胃息肉的预防提供科学依据。方法收集2016年10月至2017年3月就诊于西南医院各科室的504例行胃镜检查并经病理学证实为胃息肉的患者,以同期健康体检和各科室就诊的504例行胃镜检查未发现胃息肉者作为对照,使用统一设计的调查问卷进行相关因素调查。对调查各因素进行单因素分析,将筛选出有统计学意义的因素纳入多因素Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析结果显示,质子泵抑制剂使用情况、H.pylori感染史、胃息肉家族史、吸烟、饮酒、喝茶、体育锻炼、进食速度、进食水果、心情状况、精神创伤史及工作生活压力可能与胃息肉发生相关。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,使用质子泵抑制剂、H.pylori感染史、胃息肉家族史、长期饮酒、进食速度较快、精神创伤史是胃息肉发生的危险因素,体育锻炼(≥1次/周)、进食水果(≥2次/周)为其保护因素。结论胃息肉的发生与多种因素相关,避免长时间使用质子泵抑制剂及长期饮酒、根除H.pylori感染、适当的体育锻炼与进食水果、保持乐观的心态和养成良好的饮食习惯可能会有效降低胃息肉的发生风险。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the related factors of gastric polyps and to provide scientific basis for the prevention of gastric polyps. Methods from October 2016 to March 2017, 504 patients with gastric polyps were examined by gastroscopy and proved pathologically to be gastric polyps. 504 patients who had not found gastric polyps by gastroscopy in the same period were used to investigate the related factors by using the unified questionnaire. Single factor analysis was used to analyze the factors in the investigation, and the factors with statistical significance were included in the multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results the results of univariate analysis showed that the use of proton pump inhibitors had a history of H. pylori infection, family history of gastric polyps, smoking, drinking, drinking tea, physical exercise, eating speed, eating fruit, mood. The history of trauma and work life stress may be associated with gastric polyps. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the history of H. pylori infection with proton pump inhibitor, family history of gastric polyps, long-term drinking, fast eating rate, and the history of mental trauma were the risk factors of gastric polyps.
