冷沉淀外敷对家兔感染创面修复的影响

【摘要】:目的观察血浆冷沉淀治疗家兔感染性创面修复的效果,阐述血浆冷沉淀促进家兔感染性创面修复的作用机制。方法将健康的新西兰成年家兔12只,按照改良付小兵全层皮肤缺损法复制创伤感染性动物体表溃疡模型,分别予冷沉淀、康复新液、湿润烧伤膏和凡士林纱布换药,测定治疗后第3、7、12、17天创面微血管密度(MVD),创面愈合率和新生上皮覆盖率,创面转化生长因子β_1(TGF-β_1)表达情况。结果各组治疗第3天MVD均呈上升趋势,第3、7天冷沉淀组MVD与其他3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),第12天后新生血管逐渐减少;冷沉淀组创面愈合率、新生上皮覆盖率与康复新液组、凡士林组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),冷沉淀组创面完全愈合时间与其他3组比较,差异有统计学意义(H=11.169,P=0.011),冷沉淀组缩短;冷沉淀组治疗早期TGF-β_1表达与其他3组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),并在整个修复过程中维持高表达。结论冷沉淀可能通过上调创面TGF-β_1表达、加速创面MVD,达到提高创面新生上皮覆盖率,促进创面快速愈合的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of plasma cryoprecipitation on the repair of infectious wounds in rabbits, and to elucidate the mechanism of plasma cryoprecipitation in promoting the repair of infectious wounds in rabbits. Methods Twelve healthy New Zealand adult rabbits were used to establish the wound infected animal body surface ulcer model according to the modified Full-layer skin defect method. The models were treated with cold precipitation, Kangxin solution, MEBO and vaseline gauze respectively. The wound microvessel density (MVDX), wound healing rate and neonate epithelium coverage, and the expression of transforming growth factor 尾 1 (TGF- 尾 1) were measured on the 3rd day, 12th day, 17th day after treatment. Results on the 3rd day of treatment, MVD showed an increasing trend, the MVD of the cold precipitation group on the 3rd day was significantly higher than that of the other three groups, and the neovascularization gradually decreased on the 12th day, the wound healing rate of the cryoprecipitation group was higher than that of the other three groups. The rate of neonate epithelium coverage was significantly higher than that of the other three groups (P 0.05). The wound healing time of the cold precipitation group was significantly shorter than that of the other three groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). The cold precipitation group was shorter than that of the cold precipitation group (P < 0.05). The total wound healing time in the cold precipitation group was significantly higher than that in the other three groups. The expression of TGF- 尾 1 in the cryoprecipitation group was significantly higher than that in the other three groups, and the expression of TGF- 尾 1 remained high in the whole repair process. Conclusion Cold precipitation may accelerate wound MVD1 expression by up-regulating the expression of TGF- 尾 1, so as to increase the coverage of wound neonate epithelium and accelerate wound healing.
