新型细胞死亡方式ferroptosis在肝疾病机制中的研究前景

【摘要】：Ferroptosis是一种新型的细胞死亡方式,是铁依赖的脂质过氧化累积介导的细胞死亡。发生ferroptosis的细胞在形态学、基因学、生物化学特征上与传统的细胞死亡方式均有明显的不同。Ferroptosis已经被发现参与多种人类疾病进程,尤其在肝脏疾病中发挥着不可忽视的作用。因此,ferroptosis抑制剂或激活剂的研究,将为这些疾病的防治提供重要的药物治疗策略。本论文综述了ferroptosis生物学特征和调节信号通路,以及ferroptosis和肝脏疾病之间的关系,为探索肝脏疾病新的治疗手段提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:Ferroptosis is a new cell death mode, which is mediated by iron-dependent lipid peroxidation accumulation. The morphological, genetic and biochemical characteristics of ferroptosis cells are significantly different from those of traditional cell death patterns. It has been found that the cells involved in many human diseases, especially in liver diseases, play an important role. Therefore, the study of apoptosis inhibitors or activators will provide important therapeutic strategies for the prevention and treatment of these diseases. This paper reviews the biological characteristics and regulatory signaling pathways of ferroptosis, and the relationship between ferroptosis and liver diseases, which provides a theoretical basis for exploring new treatment methods for liver diseases.
