加味人参汤联合常规西药治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:探讨加味人参汤联合常规西药治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡临床疗效观察。方法:将2014年12月-2015年12月在本院消化内科治疗的120例脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组采用加味人参汤联合常规西药治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、中医证候改善情况、溃疡面积、Hp清除率及复发情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后胃痛胃胀、反酸嗳气、倦怠乏力、畏寒肢冷、神疲懒言等中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后溃疡面积明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组Hp根除率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的75%,观察组1年复发率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的21.67%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:加味人参汤联合常规西药治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡效果显著,能够提高Hp根除率,促进溃疡面愈合,减少复发,具有积极的临床意义。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Ginseng decoction combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer with deficiency of spleen and stomach. Methods: from December 2014 to December 2015, 120 cases of peptic ulcer with deficiency of spleen and stomach were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Jiawei ginseng decoction combined with conventional western medicine. The therapeutic effect, the improvement of TCM syndromes, the clearance rate of HP and the recurrence of ulcer were compared between the two groups. Results: the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (83.33), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the scores of TCM syndromes such as stomach pain and stomach distension, acid regurgitation, tiredness, fatigue, chills of cold limbs, fatigue and laziness in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The area of ulcer in the observation group was obviously smaller than that in the control group. The eradication rate of HP in the observation group was 93.33, which was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate in the observation group was 3.33, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (21.67g). Conclusion: Jiawei Ginseng decoction combined with routine western medicine can improve HP eradication rate, promote ulcer healing and reduce recurrence, which has positive clinical significance.
