双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合大黄赤芍汤对肝硬化患者内毒素血症及肠黏膜屏障功能的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合大黄赤芍汤对肝硬化患者内毒素血症及肠黏膜屏障功能的影响。方法:90例肝硬化患者按照随机数字表法分为中西医组和西医组,各45例。两组患者均予以保肝利尿、降低门脉压和营养支持等对症治疗。在此基础上,西医组患者予以双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊0.42 g,tid,po;中西医组患者在西医组治疗基础上加用大黄赤芍汤口服,每天1剂,两组均连用6周。观察并记录两组患者治疗前后肝功能指标与血清内毒素(ET)、降钙素原(PCT)和二胺氧化酶(DAO)水平。结果:治疗6周后,两组患者血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、ET、PCT和DAO水平均较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01),且中西医组下降幅度明显大于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合大黄赤芍汤治疗肝硬化患者,能降低血清ALT、AST和TBIL水平,保护患者肝功能;还能降低血清ET、PCT和DAO水平,减轻内毒素血症,保护与修复肠黏膜屏障功能。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effects of Bifidobacterium triple active bacilli capsule combined with rhubarb red paeoniae decoction on endotoxemia and intestinal mucosal barrier function in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods 90 patients with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into traditional Chinese and western medicine group. Both groups were treated with liver-diuretic, portal pulse pressure reduction and nutritional support. On this basis, the patients in the western medicine group were given bifidobacterium triple biotic capsule 0.42 g tidtidpropo.On the basis of western medicine group, the patients in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group were treated with rhubarb red paeoniae decoction orally, once a day, both groups were used continuously for 6 weeks. Liver function and serum endotoxin (et), procalcitonin (PCT) and diamine oxidase (Dao) levels were observed and recorded before and after treatment. Results: after 6 weeks of treatment, the levels of alt, AST, TBIL ETP PCT and Dao in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P0.05 or P0.01), and the decrease of serum alt, AST, TBIL and Dao in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group (P0.05 or P0.01), and the decrease of serum alt, AST, TBIL in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group (P0.05 or P0.01). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with rhubarb and red paeoniae decoction can reduce serum alt and TBIL levels, protect liver function, decrease serum ETT and Dao levels and alleviate endotoxemia. Protect and repair intestinal mucosal barrier function.
