味觉敏感性与结肠疾病的相关性研究

【摘要】:以常熟市各大医院肠镜检查者中的志愿者为受试对象,通过蘸涂法检测其甜味、苦味阈值,结合肠镜检查报告和饮食问卷调查,探讨味觉敏感性与结肠疾病的关系.结果显示,甜味、苦味敏感性均随年龄增长而下降.对所有受试对象进行分析,结肠炎症组与息肉组的苦味阈值较正常组显著增高,而甜味阈值无显著差异;但是炎症组和息肉组的年龄显著大于正常组.进一步分析45~64岁年龄段(组间无年龄差异),结肠炎或息肉患者的甜味阈值显著低于正常组,而苦味阈值没有变化.该研究提示,甜味敏感性高的人群,膳食纤维摄入较少,罹患结肠疾病的风险较高.此外,甜味阈值测试对及早诊治结肠炎或结肠息肉、预防结肠癌的发生以及保护人类健康具有重要价值.
[Abstract]:The subjects were volunteers of enteroscopy in major hospitals of Changshu city. The relationship between taste sensitivity and colonic diseases was investigated by dipping method to detect the threshold of sweetness and bitter taste, combined with the report of colonoscopy and dietary questionnaire. The results showed that the sensibility of sweet taste and bitter taste decreased with age. The bitter taste threshold of colitis group and polyp group was significantly higher than that of normal group, but there was no significant difference in sweet taste threshold, but the age of inflammatory group and polyp group was significantly higher than that of normal group. Further analysis showed that the sweet taste threshold of patients with colitis or polyp was significantly lower than that of the normal group, but the bitter taste threshold was not changed. The study suggests that people with high sweetness have a lower dietary fiber intake and a higher risk of colon disease. In addition, sweet taste threshold test has important value in early diagnosis and treatment of colitis or colonic polyps, prevention of colon cancer and protection of human health.
