胃石致中消化道出血1例

【摘要】：正消化道出血是消化内科常见急症之一,而中消化道出血临床少见,其原因多为血管畸形、肿瘤等,本例为1例因胃石导致的中消化道出血,临床少见。现报道如下:1临床资料患者男,82岁,因"上腹胀伴恶心、呕吐3 d"于2016年5月2日入院。既往2015年曾有胃潴留病史。入院查体:体温36.7℃、脉搏68次/min、呼吸20次/min(规则)、血压145/85 mm Hg。神志清楚,查体
